If you agree with the purpose of our organization and wish to become a member, please understand the following points before applying.

 

① If you wish to join as a member of the English Department:

 

- The target level is equivalent to Grade 2 of the Eiken (Practical English Proficiency Test).

Please observe and participate in one of the English Club's regular meetings.

 

Following that, an interview will be conducted by our board members, after which a decision will be made regarding your membership.

 

② Membership in the Korean Language Proficiency Test requires a level of at least Level 3.

 

③ Those whose applications for membership are approved will be contacted by a representative of our association to receive detailed information about the membership application process.

   

④ The annual membership fee is 2,500 yen (including volunteer accident insurance).

 

⑤ We do not offer individual on-the-job training (OJT) for new members.

We make an effort to obtain various kinds of information by participating in study sessions such as regular meetings.

In addition to regular study sessions and practical training, we also encourage you to actively participate in social gatherings and other events.

 

⑨ We will confirm whether you wish to continue your membership at the end of each fiscal year.

 

* We use email for communication and sharing of materials within our organization.

Therefore, you must have a stable internet connection and own a mobile device such as a smartphone.

Please note that basic digital skills are also required.

 

*Please note that you are required to make your debut as a guide within one year of joining.

 

* If your membership is officially approved, please purchase a vest or T-shirt from our organization and wear it during activities.
